Today we had a full and interesting day with a film crew on site to record footage for a new Company video. The video will be showing all aspects of the company and how we can help you with the supply of your component parts. Look out in the coming weeks for the finished article.
The Southern show was a very positive experience. All three days were busy and we enjoyed meeting old friends as well as making new. Thank you to all that came on ths stand and made the show a success for us!
The video was taken over the 10 week build. Watch the vast open space turn in to a state of the art machining system with huge capacity.
After an intense 2 day audit we are pleased to announce that we have been issued our certificate for ISO9001:2015.
All the hard work and commitment of the company has helped to achieve the new certification. This is another step in the right direction to improve and drive the company forward and prepare us for the future! 
We are now the proud owners of a completely installed and commissioned Palletech system. After 10weeks of continuous activity the system is now ready for action and we are looking forward to running the system to its full potential.
Well it’s that time again and the year is coming to a close. Track Components would like to thank all customers and colleagues who have worked with us during 2016 and would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We will be closing Thursday 22nd December and will re-open Tuesday 3rd January 2107.
Track Components is looking forward to the New Year and to continue building relationships.
We are nearly there, the second HCN5000 and both swarf management systems have now been positioned and installed. The last piece of the puzzle is due to be delivered and installed later this week. The tool hive and tool delivery rail will finish off what will be a truly state of the art, lights out machining system.
The FMS is now taking shape, the first of two HCN5000 mills is in position with the tool carousel attached. Next in will be the second machine and then the tool hive to follow. This is beginning to look very impressive!! We can’t wait to get this system working.
The first phase is now complete! The stocker, rail and pallet changer are all in place and initial tests have proved successful. The loading stations are in position and ready and the scheduling software is up and running. Next to be added is the first HCN5000 due in this coming week.
DAY 1, Installation of our bespoke Mazak Palletech FMS and the lorries just keep turning up! Only 4 trailers to unload. This is a long project so look out for the finished article early next year! Call us for more information.
