FOURTH I300AWC ON ITS WAY!!

Our Fourth I300 AWC is ordered and scheduled for delivery in the first quarter on 2022. This machine is the identical to the previous three, so work can be swapped between machines as well as running the same parts together when necessary with minimal input.

MAZAK W200Y MULTIPLEX

Due the continued strong growth, we have ordered another Mazak W200Y multiplex. The new machine comes with a gantry loading system able to pick and carry 15kg, y-axis capability and a centre partition to allow machining at both ends simultaneously with up to 200mm diameter billet capacity.

 

SOUTHERN MANUFACTURING 2021

We have decided to exhibit at Southern manufacturing 2021. Due to Covid the show has been moved from the usual early slot to the 6th– 7th October 2021, we hope to welcome existing customers as well as meeting new acquaintances for a chat to discuss your machined component requirements!!

DSEI 2021

We are exhibiting at DSEI 2021. The show will be on 14th- 17th September, We welcome existing customers as well as meeting new acquaintances for a chat to discuss your requirements!! STAND NUMBER H2-520 in the UK Pavilion.

THIRD I300 AWC HAS ARRIVED

Our third I300 AWC has now arrived. Even the snow couldn’t stop the delivery of the new machine. We now have three 5-axis milling machines with 32 pallets on each mill. The engineers are onsite following the covid guidelines to set the machine up and commission ready for use.

THIRD I300 AWC ARRIVING SOON
