Our Third I300 AWC will be delivered and commissioned shortly and will be ready to work along side its sister machines. The new machine is the identical to the previous two, so work can be swapped between machines as well as running the same parts together when necessary with minimal input.
NEW CITIZEN M32 VIII LFV
We have further expanded our sliding head capacity by adding another Citizen. The new M32 VIII will have LFV technology to reduce swarf entanglement, touch screen programming interface and a fully programmable B-axis rotation with live tooling.
With the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation here for the foreseeable future we want to reassure you that whilst we carry on trading, we are still actively reviewing and incorporating UK Government guidelines into our operations. Precautions remain in place to reduce exposure to all members of staff including no supplier/customer visits, high risk personnel working from home and all delivery drivers are being asked to follow hygiene protocol.
We have moved in to the additional unit and are now utilizing the space, a new mezzanine area has been erected to accommodate customer stock.
Our second I300 AWC has been delivered and commissioned ready to work along side its sister machine. The new machine is the identical twin off the first so work can be swapped between machines as well as running the same parts together when necessary with minimal input. 
We added a second Hurco machine to the workshop. This will help with the smaller milled batch runs as well as machining in house tooling for the higher volume machines. The machine comes with a 10,000RPM spindle and a table travel of x- 1016mm/ y- 508mm/ Z-508mm.

We are exhibiting at Southern manufacturing 2020. The show will be on 11th- 13th February, We welcome existing customers as well as meeting new aquaintances for a chat to discuss your requirements!!
Due to the first B16E proving its worth we have invested in a second one. This will increase the number of Citizens on site to 12 machines.
Due to our continued growth and success we have purchased the adjoining building which will increase our overall size to 30,000sqft. The expansion will allow us to move and increase the size of the quality department as well as increasing goods-in and give us room to accommodate our second Mazak I-300 AWC.
