Track Components design and manufacture precision CNC turned and milled components to clients approved drawings. We machine complex parts in a range of materials for leading edge industries operating within many business sectors. By investing in cutting-edge technology parts are produced to close tolerances at competitive cost. With over 25 years of expertise in engineering, we provide solutions to you're engineering requirements. Components machined in-house, may be enhanced by a range of surface finishes, including heat treatment, anodising, plating or painting by our approved Sub-Contractors. A stock- holding and delivery facility is available for our customers who demand scheduled deliveries against Purchase Order commitment. Track Components also offer a complete engineering package of design and manufacture, working closely with the clients engineering expertise to maximise post R & D benefits. This is supported by a full or sub-assembly service if required.
Track Components is a family run business managed by Clive Purchase previously of Purchase Engineering Ltd. The company has grown steadily by investing in the latest selective new machinery. We offer consistency in quality and service, by ongoing training of our highly skilled personnel. To maintain quality and minimise costs, the machining emphasis is on ‘one set-up’ operation, with minimal operator intervention and the avoidance of costly second operations. Quality of product and procedures supports our objective of zero defects in all operations of the business.
All jobs allocated to production are issued with detailed routing showing material specification, manufacturing process and highlighting any customer’s points of concern. This ensures simple trouble free production, fast reliable resetting with no batch-to-batch deviations. Components are inspected against drawing specification and packed appropriately to avoid in-transit damage all support documents being digitally recorded and stored, offering full traceability of parts produced.
